Minestrone Soup - Flavur

Ingredients

• 1 can of white or green beans
• 1 small chopped cabbage
• 3 peeled and diced carrots
• 2 peeled and diced turnips
• 1 large can of tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
• 250 ml of finely chopped onions
• 1 large peeled and coarsely chopped tomato
• 125 ml of chopped celery
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• 1 clove of crushed garlic
• a pinch of pepper
• 250 ml of broken spaghettinis or other small pasta
• parmesan cheese (optional)
