- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- Zest of 2 limes
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 jalapeno (use 2 if you really like spice)
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 4 bone in (skin on chicken thighs)
- 4 chicken drumsticks
