• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 8 oz. package fresh button mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 10.75 oz. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 1 cup low-fat sour cream
• 4 cups egg noodles or pappardelle, cooked (optional)
