Lynn's Recipes - Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

• 12 ounces Spaghetti, cooked, 1/2 cooking water reserved
• 1 small yellow onion, chopped finely
• 1 pound ground turkey or sirloin beef
• 1 cup tomato paste, divided
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• Salt to taste
