• 3 large (150g) Pete & Gerry's eggs
• 1/2 cup (100g) vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 cups (339g) confectioners' sugar, sifted
• 1/2 cup (113g, 1 stick) butter, softened (see notes)
• 1/2 cup (135g) smooth peanut butter
• 1/4 cup (57g) milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
