Ingredients

• 1 yellow onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 red pepper
• 1 baking potato
• 2 tbsp butter
• 500 g minced meat
• 3 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 tbsp paprika powder
• 1 tbsp dried rosemary
• 1 jar crushed tomatoes (about 250 g)
• 1 l water
• 200 ml double cream
• 3 chicken stock cubes
• salt
• black pepper
• fresh parsley, chopped
