Ingredients

• 1 Large Yellow Onion, roughly chopped
• 3 Stalks of Celery, roughly chopped
• 4 Cloves of Garlic, peeled and left whole
• 2 tsp of Poultry Seasoning
• 3 Tbsp of Butter
• 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
• 1/2 cup of Fresh Parsley
• Few Time Sprigs
• 1-1/2 lb of Ground Turkey
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup of Stuffing Mix (the classic herb flavored version)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 2oz of Sliced Mushrooms
• 2 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
• 2/3 cup of Dry White Wine
• 2 cups of Chicken Stock
