- 2 heaped tbsp flax seeds (25g)
- 2 heaped tbsp chia seeds (25g)
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 240g coconut yoghurt
- 350g strawberries
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Mint leaves to decorate
