This is based on my recipe for apple strudel, which appeared in Long Weekends, but I have substituted just under half the apple filling with mincemeat just for
Ingredients
- 95g Butter
- 1 Lemon, zest and juice
- 225g Mincemeat
- 6 Filo Pastry, large, 45 x 25cm
- 45g Dried White
- 1.5tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2tbsp Flaked Almonds, toasted
- 500ml Custard, cream or icecream
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 550g Bramley Apples, peeled, cored, quartered and sliced
- 1tbsp Icing Sugar, for dusting
