• 1/4 avocado, diced
• pinch of chiffonaded mint
• 1 ounce mint vinaigrette
• 2 tablespoon crumbled feta
• 2 tablespoon marcona almonds, chopped
• 1 tablespoon pearl onions, sliced
• 4 arugula leaves
