Ingredients

• 2 l chicken stock or vegetable stock
• 150 g Lurpak® Soft Light Slightly Salted, diced
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
• 400 g arborio rice or Carnaroli rice
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1½ g saffron threads
• 100 g parmesan cheese, grated
• salt and black pepper
