- 110g unrefined caster sugar
- 5tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
- 5 level tsp powdered gelatine
- 50g toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- handful chocolate curls, to decorate
- You will need:
- 23cm (9in) spring-form tin, lightly oiled
