- 2/3 cup (113g) cinnamon chips, optional
- 3 tablespoons (43g) cinnamon sugar, for topping
- 3 tablespoons (28g) meringue powder
- 1/3 cup (74g) water
- 2 cups (227g) confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla-butternut flavor
- 12 tablespoons (170g) unsalted butter, at room temperature, at least 65°F
