Carrot Cake Bars – Sugar Geek Show

• 1/2 cup buttermilk (room temperature)

• 5 cups shredded carrots
• 2 cups cream cheese (softened and room temperature )
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened and room temperature )
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
