• 1 large or 2 small onions, sliced
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• ¼ - ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
