A super summery and fun dessert for grown ups
Ingredients
- 1 pack red (strawberry/raspberry/cherry) sugar-free jelly (I used Gefen brand)
- 100ml (approx) vodka
- 200 – 250ml cranberry juice
- 500g mixed berries, washed and dried
- 12 – 20 ladyfinger / Savoiardi sponge fingers
- 1 can whipped cream
- You will need 6 – 8 small tumblers or wine glasses to serve
