• 2 tsps Vanilla Extract
• 4 Eggs (Large)
• 16 ounces Pumpkin (canned)
• 3 cups All-Flour Purpose
• 2 tsps Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Cloves (Ground)
• 1 cup Dates (chopped)
• 1/3 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
• 1/3 cup Pecans (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Margarine (or butter, softened)
