• 1 cup carrots, sliced
• 1 cup celery, sliced
• 6 sprigs fresh thyme
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1 cup frozen corn kernels
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 3 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
