Ingredients

• 1 packet of Salticrax or other salted crackers, crushed
• 60ml butter, melted
• 2 tins solid tuna, drained
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• 500g smooth cream cheese
• 3 spring onions, sliced
• 15ml flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
• 10ml chives, chopped
• 4 ripe avocados
• 1 English cucumber
• 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and mashed
• salt and black pepper, to taste
