- 1 Cooked chorizo sausage, diced
- 1 Red apple, diced
- ½ cup Piri-Piri sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 Cooked octopus tentacles
- ¼ cup Montreal Barbecue Rub
- 4 Hot Dog buns
- Honey Mustard, homemade or store-bought
- Fresh dill
