• 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
• 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
• 1 teaspoon dried whole tarragon, crushed
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
• 1/3 cup dry sherry
• 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (half the amount if you use dry)
