Ingredients

• 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup 2% milk or half-and-half
• 1 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 8-oz. pkgs sharp cheddar cheese shredded (see note below)
• 2 10-oz. pkgs frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
• 2 tbsp onion chopped
