- 150g smoked mackerel
- 1-2 teaspoons strong Horseradish Cream
- Salt and Pepper
- Lemon juice to taste
- Ingredients as above but omit yoghurt
- Use 160g cream cheese
- Crispbreads/crackers/ toasted or baked bread
