Ingredients

• 2 cups diced tomatoes
• 2 cups tomato paste
• 1 cup water
• 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
• ½ cup finely chopped onions
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp salt
• ½ tsp sugar
• ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ lb DaVinci Penne Rigate, cook as directed
• 8oz of Ricotta cheese
• 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
