• 1 tbs olive oil
• 1 / 4 ts salt
• 1 / 4 ts pepper
• 2 tbs chopped parmesan
• 120 g Cheddar, shredded
• 120 g processed cheese slices, diced
• 1 / 2 ts Dijon mustard
• 1 knife tip cayenne pepper
