• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp Rustlin' Rob's Mexican Vanilla
• 1 cup hot coffee

• 6 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
• 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 cup sour cream
