• ½ cup of chopped Wickles Original Pickle Chip
• ¼ cup of Wickles Original Pickle Chip Brine
• 1 ½ Diced Russet Potatoes
• 1 ½ Tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 Chopped Carrot
• 1 Chopped Stalk of Celery
• ½ Diced Yellow Onion
• 3 Cloves of Wickles Wicked Garlic
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 4 Cups of Vegetable Broth
• 1 Bunch of Fresh Dill
• 1 Tsp of Fresh Thyme
• ½ Cup of Fresh Grated Havarti Cheese
• ¼ Cup of Heavy Cream
• Salt + Pepper to taste
