- 2 Tbsp Chelsea Golden Syrup
- 5 eggs
- 500g flour
- 50g almonds
- 1kg mixed Fruit
- ½ tsp baking soda dissolved in ¼ cup milk
- 2 tsp mixed spice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp each of Rum, Brandy, Vanilla, and Almond essence
