• 1 lb chicken breasts, no skin or bones, cut into small chunks
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh parsley, optional
• 8 oz fettuccine noodles
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• Black pepper to taste
