A cocktail inspired by Ganna Walska, featuring gin, homemade grenadine, and a touch of Pernod, perfect for Valentine's Day.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Cocktail & Sons Honeysuckle & Peppercorns syrup
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 1 1/2 ounces grenadine (home made)
- 5 ounces gin (Cutler's recommended)
- Splash Pernod (or absinthe)
- 2 nasturtium leaves (each about the same size as a quarter for garnish)
- 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon orange flower water
