• 2 pkg (250 g each) cream cheese softened
• 3/4 cups granulated sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/4 cup shelled pistachio finely chopped
• 3 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries thawed
• 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
• 1 pkg unflavoured gelatin (about 1 tbsp)
