Ingredients

• For the Dough:
• 4-½ to 5 cups all-purpose flour
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 2 envelopes Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast (4-½ teaspoons total)
• 1-½ teaspoons salt
• ¾ cup milk
• ¾ cup water
• ¼ cup butter or margarine
• 1 egg,
• For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:
• ¼ cup butter OR margarine, melted
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
