Ingredients
- 12 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 ½ cups honey
- 1 cup (or more) vinegar (such as red wine, apple cider, or unseasoned rice)
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz grapefruit-honey and thyme shrub; ingredients above, recipe right
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Orange peel, for garnish
