Sardine Bread

Ingredients

• 300 mL lukewarm water
• 3 tbsp soybean oil
• 25 g yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 500 g flour
• Filling:
• 2 cans sardines, any flavour, chopped
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 leek, chopped
• 1/2 each yellow, green and red peppers, chopped
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp water
