Ingredients
- 20 oz HamBeens® 15 BEAN SOUP
- 1 Ham Bone, with meat on it, trim fat.
- 1 cup Diced Ham
- 8 cup Chicken Broth
- 6 Small Red Potatoes
- 1 Large Yellow Onion
- 2 Large Carrots
- 3 Celery Stocks
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Fresh Parsley bunch small
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cup Leftover juices from pressure cooker ham. Deduct from broth above (6 chicken, 2 ham)
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice for serving
