- 2 cups Frozen pre-chopped onions
- 5 cups Frozen diced sweet potato
- 3 cups Frozen pre-chopped mixed peppers
- 2 tsp Goan Spice Blend (or try Korma)
- 1 1/2 litres Vegetable stock
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 handful Fresh coriander (to garnish)
