Ingredients

• ½ cup coconut oil (room temp)
• ½ cup vegan butter (room temp)
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup organic sugar
• ½ cup organic brown sugar
• ¼ cup brandy
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ cup dark cocoa powder
• 3 cups flour (plus 1 cup to work with dough)
• 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• ¼ cup water or plant-based milk
