Ingredients

  • Place the pulled pork in a sprayed 4-inch hotel pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the pork marinade ingredients.
  • Pour pork marinade over pulled pork and gently toss until all pork is coated.
  • Cover hotel with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, stirring half way through baking. Ensure the pork reaches 165 degrees for 15 seconds.
  • Hot hold pork until assembly.
  • Spread 1 ½ tablespoons of the spread on each side of the sub bread.
  • Place 3 ounces of the pulled pork on the bottom sub roll.
  • Top with green leaf lettuce and onions, just before service.
