Baked Pumpkin Donuts with Chocolate Glaze and Chopped Pistachios - Turntable Kitchen

Ingredients

• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1 cup of whole wheat pastry flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 3 teaspoons of ground cinnamon (I used my favorite Saigon cinnamon)
• 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
• 2 cups of canned pumpkin puree
• 1 cup of packed brown sugar (dark or light)
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
