Ingredients

• 1 turkey (about 6-7 kg)
• # For the marinade:
• 1 cup salt
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 4 l vegetable broth
• 1 tbsp black peppercorns
• 1 and 1/2 tsp allspice beans
• 1 and 1/2 tbsp chopped candied ginger
• # Fragrance:
• 1 red apple
• 1/2 onion
• 1 cinnamon sticks
• 1 cup Water
• 4 sprigs of rosemary
• 6 sage leaves
• sunflower oil for greasing turkey
