Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (I like to use low sodium tamari)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 TB red wine vinegar
- 1 TB minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs of steak (NY Strip, flank, skirt, ribeye, T-bone, or sirloin)
