Ingredients

• 900 g boneless chicken breasts, cubed
• 1 tbsp A Spice Affair’s Butter Chicken Seasoning
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 cup greek yogurt
• 3/4 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 5 tbsp A Spice Affair’s Butter Chicken Seasoning
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 cup cooking cream
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar)
• Salt, to taste
