• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) nutmeg

• 3/4 cup (180 mL) chopped dates
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Milk
• 3 egg whites
• Caramel Sauce
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
• 1 cup (250 mL) packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) 35 % cream
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) corn syrup
