Herb Butter Roast Turkey - Butterball

Ingredients

• 1 15lb Butterball unstuffed turkey, fresh or thawed
• 3 onions, chopped
• 3-4 carrots, scrubbed and halved or quartered
• 1 stick butter. unsalted and softened
• 3 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
• 4 Tbsp. fresh thyme. chopped
• 4 Tbsp. rosemary, chopped
• Salt and pepper
• 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup white wine
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/4 cup water
