Ingredients

• 300g red cabbage, core removed, shredded
• 300g green cabbage, core removed, shredded
• 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
• 1 green apple, cut thinly into rounds
• 2 sticks celery, cut into matchsticks
• 2 green shallots, thinly sliced on diagonal
• ½ red onion, very thinly sliced
• ¼ cup flat leaf parsley leaves
• ¼ cup dill sprigs
