• 1/8 ts salt
• 1/8 ts cream of tartar
• 1 ts vanilla
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1 1/2 c coconut, sweetened
• Place wax paper on cookie sheets. Beat the first 3 ingredients with
• electric mixer until soft peaks form. Beat in the vanilla and sugar until
• 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let
• cool before removing from cookie sheets.
