Ingredients

• 1 large onion. Sweet yellow onion or Vidalia kind.
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 Egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
• 1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
• 1 cup Breadcrumbs. I used a mix of Seasoned breadcrumbs and Panko. Both work well. If used unseasoned breadcrumbs, add salt and pepper to taste.
• Spray oil. I use Avocado oil spray.
