- 1 full chicken cut into quarters ( make slits so marinade can go in each piece )
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- ½ teaspoon red chilli paste
- 2 ½ teaspoon AMAANS porta marinade
- 1 teaspoon BBQ spice
- 1 teaspoon dhana powder
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoon Crazy red guys - traditional Mozambican sauce
- 1 teaspoon steers garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 2 tablespoon tomatoe sauce
- Salt to taste ( because you are adding sauce and sauces has salt , add salt last otherwise it will get salty)
- Half a freshly squeezed lemon
- Oil
- Potatoes :
- 4 potatoes
