Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3/4 cup onion, diced
• 8 beef hot dogs, any brand, regular or bun-sized
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cans pork and beans, any variety, undrained
• 1/3 cup molasses
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp yellow mustard
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• salt and pepper to taste
