Nibblous | peach cobbler

Ingredients

• 125g butter, melted
• 1 cup (plus 3TBS) granulated sugar
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla (Raj had a lovely one with seeds in)
• 3-4 peaches, thinly sliced (we used a large tin of peaches)
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
